We aim to deliver an outstanding neighbourhood policing service.
We use partnership working, along with a problem-solving approach to issues to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
We provide support in other areas of day-to-day life through signposting people to our most suitable partner.
We have had a spike in Burglaries across South East of the City, this has been mainly targetting high value vehicles. Offenders are known to be using Electric/Motor bikes to get around in order to commint these crimes.

Additional patrols in the areas targeted
Arrests and prosecution of nominals identified for burglary offences
Crime prevention visits to houses targeted and neighbouring properties visited.
Work with partners to target harden the area.
Review of all crimes to identify patterns and problem solve this issue.
We have noticed an increase in ASB and Vehicle Nuisance reports over recent weeks,

Visit repeat Victims to prevent further offences and offer reassurance about actions officers have taken.
Dedicated patrols in hotspot areas.
Engagement with Youths at events to promote good behaviour and respect for others,
South East of the City has seen Vehicle Crime particularly around busy retail and entertainment parks where large numbers of vehicles are left for long periods.
