Local residents have raised concerns around the way vehicles park near to schools at pick up and drop of times

Regular patrols by officers and PCSOs along with regalu requests for council parking enforcement.
We are working with schools to look at where parents can park and utilising school news letters to pass on this advice.

Broadway and surrounding streets

The issues have been identified from the rise in the number of reports of incidents involving motorbikes and electric bikes/scooter around Broadway and surrounding streets, including in the local parks, Quarry Park and Jubilee Park
people using the road network, parks and other green spaces along with residents and local businesses are being affected

14th august 2026- This priority has been extended as it remains to be the primary issue raised by local residents and Councillors
In July the council ward area with the highest number of nuisance bike reports was in the Hatfield Dunscroft ward with 15 reports.
An operation with the Force off road bike team was held on Sunday 9th August. A stolen quad bike was seized in Stainforth. Similar operations are planned.
Officers seize bikes on a regular basis, we use social media and SYP alerts to keep the community updated. We would like members of the public to keep passing on information about where the bikes are stored and who the riders of the bikes are. This information assists the police to look at taking action in different ways.

East NPT have completed patrols, identify the vehicles and people involved. Some drivers have been advised, other have been gien tickets or reportedf to attend court. We are contiuning to work with local businesses and the parish council in relation to the car park near the shops

Ward Councillors and residents who attended the community engagement meeting raised concerns about youths involved in ASB which included some of them riding motorbikes around the village on the roads and on greenspaces.

Partners along with East Neighbourhood Team are completing patrols and identifying those involved. Those identified are being referred to the council's ASB process. Additional work with Social Services, schools and St Ledger homes is taking place.
Over the last three months, the partnership work has continued and a number of young people involved in anti social behaviour in the village have been identified.
Other young people have been identified as riding motorbikes around the village and going into Dunscroft, we have seized a number of bikes. There are 12 reports in July of nuisance bikes, the highest number of reports in Doncaster East.

Residents and local councils attended the Armthorpe Community meeting on 24th september. A number of different addresses were discussed and concerns were raised as residents suspect drugs are being dealt from these locations
