Instead of waiting on the phone to report a non-emergency incident, did you know you can do this online? Your report will still be dealt with in the same way as if you reported via 101.
Reporting non-emergency incidents online not only helps reduce pressure on our control room and gives our call handlers more capacity to answer 999 emergency calls, it also allows you to report at a time most convenient for you.
