We’re appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage or information to come forward and assist with our investigation into a road traffic collision in Sheffield.
On Saturday 1 March at 3.49pm, we were called by the ambulance service to reports of a collision involving a cyclist on Sunny Bank Road in the Bolsterstone area of the city.
The cyclist, a 78 year old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains at this time.
Officers are keen to hear from any witnesses to the collision that they have not yet spoken to, and anyone who may have dashcam footage prior to the collision, to understand the circumstances.
