We are appealing for information, witnesses and footage following a collision in the Stannington area of Sheffield last night (Thursday 2 April).
We were called at 6.04pm to Stannington Road following a report of a collision involving a blue Hyundai Coupe and a parked blue Mazda CX-5, near the junction with Wood Lane.
The collision caused some structural damage to a nearby property.
The driver of the Hyundai, a woman in her 70s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries and she remains there at this time.
We are now appealing to the public to ask for anyone with information about this collision or any witnesses to please get in contact with us.
We are particularly keen to hear from anyone with relevant doorbell, dashcam or CCTV footage from around the time of the collision.
