Driving offences 2023-2024

Request
I am looking for information regarding driving offences committed in 2023 and
to date in 2024 linked with unsuitable footwear or clothing.
Specifically I am looking for:
- A list of all offences committed in 2023 and to date in 2024 (separated per
year) that are linked to footwear or clothing
- Fines attributed to each offence
- Total cost of fines in 2023 and to date in 2024 (separated per year) that are
linked to footwear or clothing
- Total number of offences committed in 2023 and to date in 2024 (separated
per year) linked to footwear or clothing
Preferably I would like this in Excel format.

I approached our Performance Review Unit for assistance with your request. An
analyst within this unit has conducted a search of our Crime Management System -
Connect which records complaints or allegations of those matters, which the Home
Office specify should be recorded as 'crimes'. All our systems are designed and used
first and foremost for Policing Purposes and have limited search capability. They
provided me with the following:

There aren’t any driving offences relating to unsuitable footwear or clothing that are
HO recordable.

I also approached our motoring and speeding administrator who stated the following:
No information held.

Therefore, the answer to your request is No Information Held.
