I approached our Organisational Learning Department for assistance with your request, they provided me with the following

Yes, housed within an MS List product.

Question 2

An accessible version with limited fields is available within an internal SharePoint page. Officers and staff can view titles of work only and can contact the team to request copies or further information; we do not hold a library of documents themselves.

As we don’t store the documents, we don’t have a policy in place. Our list simply is a directory of what is available as opposed to providing access to the dissertations themselves; if someone makes a request we will then signpost accordingly.

Police forces do not use generic systems or identical procedures for capturing the data. For these reasons this response to your questions should not be used for comparison purposes with responses you may receive from other police forces.
