Question 1
- Crime management - Connect
- Intelligence management - Connect
- Custody management – Bail management app developed in force / Connect
- Case preparation - Connect
- Property management - KIMS
- Missing person - Compact
- Command and control – Storm / Aspire for telephony
- Duties manager system - GRS
- HR recording system - Oracle
Question 2
The force has recently moved to GRS/Oracle. We are also in the process of moving to NICHE from Connect which will incorporate Connect /Kims/Compact.
Question 3
Delivery date for the new system is November 2026.
