Revictimization after a Clare's Law Disclosure

Please can you tell me how many individuals who received clares laws disclosures in January 2023, were victimised by the offender they were warned about in 2023.
If this exceeds the FOI limit, then from the same date range, only the first 10 individuals to receive the DVDS, and if they were then victimised by the offender they were warned about.

In relation to the FOI request FOI2026/00910, the date range that I left out in error was from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023, so the FOI request should read;
Please can you tell me of the individuals who received Clares laws disclosures in January 2023, how many were victimised by the offender that they were warned about, from when they received the disclosure to 31st December 2023.

I approached our Performance Review Unit for assistance with your request. An analyst within this unit has conducted a search of our Crime Management System - Connect which records complaints or allegations of those matters, which the Home Office specify should be recorded as 'crimes'. All our systems are designed and used first and foremost for Policing Purposes and have limited search capability. They provided me with the below in response and the following explanation regarding their search criteria:

- For Analysis 1 – we have only included disclosures with a person recorded as ‘victim’. In some of the disclosures, there is no victim recorded, instead they may be recorded as an ‘involved party’ or ‘person reporting’ – in order to know which person is the potential/intended victim, these would require manual review, and as such these have been excluded (8 disclosures).
- Analysis 2 and Analysis 3 are based on the victims and suspects identified in Analysis 1 (the initial DVDs disclosure) –
Analysis 4 links these results together and returns the victim and suspect from the initial disclosure, only where another domestic abuse related offence has happened with the same individual recorded as the victim, and the same individual recorded as the suspect within 2023 – but after the initial disclosure took place.
- Note that some of the 26 victims have been a victim multiple times within this period (by the same offender)
Of the 76 Clare’s Law Disclosures (with a victim recorded) in January 2023,
26 of these victims were re-victimised by the same offender/suspect recorded in the disclosure – at some point during 2023 (post disclosure)
