Can you please tell me how many employment cases have been initiated against SYP , but were settled before reaching an employment tribunal court.

For the years from and including 2020.

Particularly for  sexual discrimination, disability discrimination, but am looking for all cases please.

I approached our Legal Services with your request. They have provided the following:

For the years from and including 2020, there have been 12 Employment Tribunal cases that were settled before reaching the final hearing.

Of these, 10 included allegations of sex and/or disability discrimination.

Please note that these statistics reflect only those disputes where a claim has been issued within the Employment Tribunal
