Further arrest in Sheffield park stabbing investigation

Detectives investigating the reported stabbing of a 13-year-old girl in a Sheffield park have made a further arrest.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of affray yesterday (Wednesday 3 August) and has since been bailed with conditions and placed on curfew.
Police were called at around 9pm on Tuesday 26 July to Hillsborough Park following reports a 13-year-old girl had been stabbed. She was taken to hospital but has since been discharged and is recovering at home.
A 13-year-old boy arrested last month on suspicion of attempted murder remains on bail as the investigation continues.
