Chief Superintendent Richard Tweed, policing head for the district, is committed to tackling the issues that matter most to people living, working and studying in Rotherham.

To do this, dedicated safer neighbourhood teams (SNTs) have been set up to tackle issues that affect people’s day-to-day lives, like criminal damage and nuisance behaviour.

The teams include police officers, police community support officers (PCSOs), special constables and local authority wardens.
