Both boys seriously injured in Edlington on Saturday April 4 are still recovering in Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

The 11-year-old was said to be 'stable' this morning ( Wednesday April 8) while the nine-year-old has had a second operation on his arm.

Two boys, aged ten and 11, arrested in connection with this enquiry have each been charged with two counts of attempt murder and two counts of  robbery.
