Police investigating a theft in the Meadowhead area of the city, would like to speak to the pictured man, who they believe may hold vital information about the incident.

On Thursday 28^th May 2009, around 2.15pm, a man walked into local wine merchants, selected a large expensive bottle of Champaign, then left the store without making payment.
