Police in Sheffield are investigating a robbery at Tinsley Post Office, Sheffield Road, Sheffield.

The incident occurred at about 5.30pm on Tuesday July 14.

It is believed the subpostmaster was threatened with an unknown weapon and forced to handover cash before the suspect ran off.

The male suspect is described as Asian, of slim build and 5ft 9.

He was wearing dark glasses and open-toed sandals. He disguised his appearance by wearing a knee-length, dark-coloured traditional female hijab with a light pattern on the front.
