Police appeal following robbery

Police investigating an alleged robbery in the Norfolk Park area of Sheffield are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The incident occurred around 4.40pm on Thursday 20th August 2009 on Granville  Road near to the entrance of Norfolk Park. A 14-year-old boy was waiting at a number 41 bus stop, when two youths approached him, demanded money, and other personal property.

Two teenagers, a girl aged 14 and a 15-year-old boy have since been arrested on suspicion of robbery, they are currently on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for any information and would particularly like to speak to three men, who may have witnessed the incident.
