Police investigating an attempt burglary in the Fir Vale area of the city are appealing for information from the public.

The incident happened at around 11.30am on Wednesday 17^th December 2008. Three men have been outside Amaan Jewellers on Owler Lane in Fir Vale, when they have attempted to gain entry to the premises. The men were unable to gain entry and fled the scene running along Page Hall Road. No one was injured during this incident.

The three men are described as approximately 5ft 10 ins tall, and of average build. They were all wearing dark coloured clothing with hoods up over their heads, with black or white facial coverings.
