Police name man who died in Firbeck collision
The man who died in this morning’s fatal traffic collision in the Firbeck area has been named as 22-year-old Marc Bingley from Carlton-in-Lindrick.
Marc was the passenger in a white Honda Integra Type-R car that police believe had been travelling towards Dinnington on Lamb Lane when it left the road to the nearside and collided with a tree causing serious damage to the car.
The collision happened just after 12.30am today, Tuesday 20 April.
The driver of the car, a 24-year-old North Anston man, remains in a life-threatening condition at Rotherham District General Hospital.
