Appeal for information to assault in Barnsley
South Yorkshire Police are appealing for information about the pictured man, who may hold vital information about an assault in Barnsley.
The incident took place at about 9.20pm on Saturday 13 February 2010 outside the Lucorum Thomas Whitworth Forum on Hanson Street, Barnsley town centre.
The assault is believed to have occurred when the complainant left the Lucorum bar, followed by the suspect who head butted and punched him. The victim escaped the scene of the alleged assault by walking along Church Street. The suspect then got into a taxi on Midland Street.
The 33-year-old male complainant, from the Smithies area of Barnsley, suffered slight bruising.
The man is described as of medium build with short dark hair and facial stubble.
