Detectives investigating the murder of John Lockwood are hoping to trace a woman who is believed to have spoken to the murder victim John Lockwood, as he lay in the street on Wellington Grove, Bentley, Doncaster.

Forty-five-year-old John Lockwood was then found injured on Lauder Road, Bentley, Doncaster on the morning of Monday 31 May. At around 7am the emergency services attended and he was taken to Doncaster Royal Infirmary but died in hospital later that morning.

The unknown woman is believed to have spoken to John Lockwood between 2am and 2.30am on the morning of Monday 31st May 2010, enquiring about his welfare.
