South Yorkshire Local Policing Plan 2011-12

The Police Reform Act 2002 requires all Police Authorities and Police Forces to produce a Local Policing Plan (LPP) each year.

The South Yorkshire LPP 2011-12 sets out the policing objectives for South Yorkshire for the next year.  The Home Office guidance stipulates that policing plans should be based on a three-year ‘rolling’ programme.  However, the Police Authority wanted a single year Plan in order to develop a more long-term financial strategy given the budget cuts imposed.

The South Yorkshire LPP Out-Turn Report for 2010/11 provides an overview of what we did to address priorities as stated in the last LPP.  This can be found on the archive page.

A Summary of Accounts can be found on the South Yorkshire Police web site.

A pdf version of the Plan is available should you prefer.  This version should be used if you require a hard copy.
