To make a request for information about yourself, please follow the instructions to make a Subject Access application.

To make a request for any other recorded information, first of all, please see the South Yorkshire Police Publication Scheme and Disclosure Log to see if the information you require has already been published (any requests for information which have already been published will be refused under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act - Information Accessible to Applicant by Other Means)
