I am conducting follow-up research to the RAC foundation speed camera effectiveness report by Professor Allsop where pre-baseline collision data is used in determining camera effects. To this end I am contacting you to discover those camera sites for which pre-baseline collision data may be available.
 
1) Could you please indicate when your collision records start ie do you have records back to say 01/01/1994, or further back than that?
 
2) Could you please supply a list of all your camera sites with Site ID, start date, enforcement type (fixed/mobile etc) and, if decommissioned, date of decommission. Also a description, if available, might be helpful.
 
3) Can you please send as detailed information as you have available of collisions and severities at your camera sites, both before and after?
    ie Do you have documents (one for each site) detailing dates of collisions with severity of casulaties for 3 or more years before and after?
    Or perhaps a spreadsheet (or similar) showing collisions and severities within each calendar year at each site?
