2. Of these offences how many were finalised by (a) a fixed penalty (b) a court summons and (c) were not proceeded with?

If the total in Q.1 is not equal to the total of 2(a) + 2(b) + 2(c) please explain why there is a discrepancy.

3. For those offences that were not proceeded with please indicate how many were not proceeded with for the following reasons:
