2. How many staff responsible for operating safety cameras did the partnership have on (a) December 1, 2011, (b) December 1, 2010, (c) December 1, 2009, and (d) December 2008?

Question 1
South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership issued 36,403 Conditional Offer Fixed Penalty Notices in 2007, 6,541 in 2008, 8,254 in 2009, 12,796 in 2010 and 18,447 in 2011.
Question 2
South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership staffing levels for those who operate the safety cameras on 1st December 2011, 2010, 2009 and in 2008 were 7 mobile enforcement operators who work a shift system. These officers operate the camera systems used with/from our vans and motorcycle. The fixed camera systems are automatic systems and require no 'operators'.
