I represent the Aga Khan Isamaili Community of about 125 people
in Sheffield and am looking at re-locating our current community
hall from 250b Sheffield Road, Tinsley, Sheffield, S9 1RD to 415
Petre Street, Sheffield, S4 8LL. We would like to request the
current and past 6 months crime figures for both locations.

I can confirm that South Yorkshire Police does hold the information you have requested. However I am unable to supply that information.

By virtue of Section 2(3) of the Freedom of Information Act, 2000 the exemption applicable to the information is “absolute” in that it falls under section 21. This states ‘Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under section 1 is exempt information’.
