- Please give the number of landlines and the number of mobile phones.

- Please give the number of calls made from landlines, and the number from mobile phones.

After three calls, the issue is risk assessed by the Force Incident manager

After three calls, the issue is risk assessed by the Force Incident Manger who may request that the location is visited by a police officer.

The numbers of immediate response incidents are given below. Not all calls received as 999 calls are emergencies, and some calls that are not 999 do result in emergencies. Also in the case of for example a traffic accident on a motorway, several 999 calls will all be linked to the same incident.
