Please can you explain the following information that I have sent to you as a JPG attachment.  The reason for this is because I need to know the primary purpose of what I am requesting.

Please note: seeing that I have looked on the website http://www.safetycamera.org/home:  and there is nothing to support this format of information I have been looking for and  that I have sent to you-regarding the meaning of these specific numbers or the meaning of their significance?
 
I would like a clear indication based on facts how all this is structured, the sequence etc.
If however you cannot provide the information then I suggest   that your establishment can put me in contact with the manufacture of this product that is used for road safety in the UK.

The information displayed in the yellow box is as follows:

T = Time
D = Date
Red = Red time
O = Count of offences registered.
C = Site code

The “011” is therefore the 11th offence registered and the “0002” is the site code which relates to A61 Queens Road at the junction with B6388 Myrtle Road
