Driving whilst over the prescribed limit, Fail to wear a seatbelt, Fail to report a RTC
14 months disqualification, Fine £481, Costs £750
Resigned before South Yorkshire Police hearing.
Offence 2
Driving whilst over the prescribed limit
12 month Community Service Order, 3 year disqualification with opportunity to reduce by 9 months if course complete, £43 costs.
Required to resign at South Yorkshire Police hearing. On appeal sanction amended to a reduction in rank.
