If you decide to install an alarm system for your home, it is recommended that you choose an installer that accredited by one of the following organisations:

Choose a minimum of three companies to speak to, and remember the cheapest installation is not necessarily the best option. Be wary if an alarm company telephones you without notice (cold callers), as you may be subjected to high pressure selling tactics.
Commercial Alarms
These alarms are remote signalling systems that inform an alarm receiving centre and subsequently the police that your alarm has activated. The police do not monitor alarms directly.
