Local policing plan

The Police Reform Act 2002 requires all Police Authorities and Police Forces to produce a Local Policing Plan (LPP) each year. The South Yorkshire LPP 2009-12 sets out the policing objectives for South Yorkshire for the next 3 years. This is consistent with Home Office guidance that policing plans should be based on a three-year ‘rolling’ system (therefore this LPP is the second three-year plan).

The South Yorkshire LPP Out-Turn Report for 2008-09 provides performance figures and a narrative description of what we did to address priorities as stated for Year 1 in the South Yorkshire LPP 2008-11.

We also provide our Summary Accounts 2007-08 for information.
